Argomenti del programma: Programma Il corso è organizzato in tre blocchi principali. Il primo blocco introduttivo verterà su temi di storia e teoria dei media e della comunicazione. Il cibo farà certamente parte di queste lezioni, ma non ne costituirà il focus principale. L’obbiettivo è quello di introdurre il corpo studentesco ai media come industrie culturali.
