Argomenti del programma: The course provides a framework for understanding and analysing project management techniques as well as broader managerial issues. Lectures and readings provide an introduction to the following concepts: project initiation, planning and execution in the context of civil and construction engineering. Most of the topics presented during the course will also be analysed using case studies, problems and exercises.

Argomenti del programma: The course provides a framework for understanding and analyzing both financial and managerial accounting as well as broader managerial issues. Lectures and readings provide an introduction to the following concepts: balance sheet, income statement, cash flows, different types of costs, present value techniques, capital budgeting and company valuation.

Argomenti del programma: Prerequisiti/Propedeuticità consigliate L’allievo che accede a questo insegnamento conosce i fondamentali dell’organizzazione e della strategia d’impresa. Tali conoscenze sono acquisite, di norma, superando gli esami di Economia e Organizzazione Aziendale T-1 e Gestione Aziendale T-AB.
