Argomenti del programma: Topics will include: 1. an introduction to the main theoretical perspectives on comparative industrial relations 2. the characteristics and the role of industrial relations actors, including unions, employers and the state 3. the methods of industrial relations and their transformation over time 4. recent trends in industrial relations systems both at the national and at the global level 5.
