Argomenti del programma: The course examines soft skills as a complement to technical skills, essential for excelling in an increasingly dynamic and complex work environment. Following an introduction to the concept of soft skills and key theoretical frameworks, such as emotional intelligence, the course focuses on two core competencies: communication and teamwork.

Argomenti del programma: In this course, we will deal with organizational design as a managerial approach to demands for change in the organization. The theoretical basis are the contingency and institutional approaches and their application in a dynamic perspective. An important element in this context is strategic, organizational and institutional fits.
