Argomenti del programma: Il laboratorio esplora la storia e il contenuto di archivi e biblioteche attraverso la lente delle collezioni disperse, indagate tramite casi di studio. Gli studenti impareranno a ricostruire i “corpi smembrati” (membra desiecta) di una biblioteca analizzando inventari, cataloghi, note di possesso, timbri, ex-libris e tutte le tracce materiali presenti sui manoscritti.

Argomenti del programma: This introductory course explores the relationship between the spatialisation and mobility of knowledge in libraries and archives, from the early modern period to the present day. It examines libraries and archives not as static repositories, but as historically changing institutions, material infrastructures, professional practices, and cultural spaces shaped by movement, selection, preservation, loss, and reuse.
