Argomenti del programma: The course is divided into three parts. In the first part (Conceptions of Law), students will be introduced to the three main approaches in legal theory—natural law theory, legal positivism, and legal realism—and to their respective theoretical implications. In the second part (Hart: The Concept of Law), we will examine in detail H. L. A.
