Discuteremo concetti chiave quali il concetto di verità, quello di significato, quello di validità e quello di inferenza. Particolare attenzione verrà data al ruolo normativo che verità e validità svolgono in relazione al ragionamento. Il corso non presuppone alcuna competenza specifica di logica formale.
