Argomenti del programma: The course presents the main methodologies for the economic appraisal of urban transformations, from both a planner’s perspective (collective benefits of large urban transformation projects) as well as from the private investor’s (financial returns stemming from large real estate projects). In the first part of the course the economic theory needed to frame appraisal issues will be presented.
