Argomenti del programma: The course lectures are divided into three main parts (introduction, criminal procedure in comparative perspective, international cooperation in criminal matters), in addition to the presentations given by the students in class. Module no. 1: The course will begin with an introduction to the rationales underlying criminal justice systems and their principal functions.
