Argomenti del programma: A public policy is, at bottom, a set of causal theories — a bet that if we intervene on something we can control, given some assumptions about how people behave and institutions work, we can improve something. This course treats policy as an object that is designed, and design as a discipline that can be taught, applied, and assessed. Over forty hours you move through the full arc of the designer's craft.
